General Delivery information & time
  • All orders are shipped during 10 days starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date.
  • Important note: Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday or Christmas)
  • If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order.
  • Any change of shipping address after your order has been shipped will have an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipment cost for any given country.

  • We use special packaging - a velvet pouch for each jewel

Our accepted payment methods are:

Order payment & Confirmation

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

Inspect and get acquainted of the order
  • It is possible to inspect and get acquainted with the completeness of the order only in the presence of a courier. Trying on before purchase is not available.
  • It is impossible to return a product of proper quality to the courier after payment.
